is there a deposit fee?

We require a $100 non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking. The remainder of your payment is due on the day of your event.

what if there is bad weather the day of my pinic?

We will reschedule your picnic for a later date to be used within 90 days. 

can i reschedule my picnic?

Yes, but we ask for a 72 hour notice.

What if i have to cancel same day?

Same day cancellations or no shows are charged $150.

how do i book a picnic?

Fill out the contact form with all of your information & we will reach out to get you on the schedule.

what location can i have a picnic at?

Our locations are Huntington Beach, Newport Beach/Corona del Mar, Laguna Beach-Heisler Park, Crescent Bay Point Park & your home or backyard, if it is within 20 miles of our location. Any additional miles are charged $1.50 per mile.
